EPCOT

Park Background:

Epcot has to be one of my all-time favorite parks to visit. Not only does it feature rides like Seas With Nemo and Friends that, might I mention, bring you through their own personal aquarium after you depart, but Epcot arguably is most famous for their World Showcase. The World showcase brings you into the different regions throughout the world and introduces you to new experiences with culture and the best part... All of the yummy food you can find along the way. Epcot is most definitely the park to visit, it's such a relaxing atmosphere and just an overall fun experience traveling to places like Japan, Mexico, France, and many more!

Cost: $6.00

GF?: Yes!

Features and Delights:

  • Very sweet and soft.

  • I feel that it's light and fluffy as well. very nice combinations of texture.

  • Although it is rather sweet, the tartness of the raspberries bring a sour surprise that blends well with the overall flavor profile of the macaron

  • Overall, this treat is one of my favorites and it is simply to die for!

Seared Scallops:

Location: Northern Bloom food stand during the Flower and Garden Festival (March 4th - June 1st)

Cost: $7.00

GF?: Yes!

Features and Delights:

  • This delicious taste tester is unfortunately seasonal. It is only present during the running of Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival (dates above).

  • The scallops are overall, the main delicacy of the dish.

  • There is a hint of vinegar cooked into the scallops and the bacon bits offer different levels of texture and delight.

  • This dish is amazing. andI would strongly recommend it!
